Mississippi Aquarium

The Mississippi Aquarium will be built along U.S. Highway 90 in Gulfport, Mississippi, on land overlooking the redeveloped Jones Park and Small Craft Harbor and adjacent to the beachfront. The aquarium’s distinctive campus-style design, flexible exhibit space, and supplemental programs will provide a variety of unique and engaging experiences for visitors and Mississippi residents alike. This family-friendly educational, research-oriented facility will include features, shows, and exhibits highlighting the aquatic biodiversity found in the Gulf Coast Region. The aquarium is anticipated to open its doors in 2019.


Junior Auxiliary of Biloxi-Ocean Springs


The Junior Auxiliary of Biloxi-Ocean Springs is a non-profit, volunteer service organization that serves the needs of children, youth, and families in our service area of east Harrison and west Jackson counties in Mississippi. Working closely with local schools and other organizations, Junior Auxiliary of Biloxi-Ocean Springs seeks to promote the lives of children by creating programs to meet emotional, physical, medical, financial, and educational needs through community service projects.
